Yoga

Yoga is a lifestyle, a complete discipline to exercise the body and mind. There is no age limit or level of knowledge for its effective practice. The regularity in its development allows us to relieve the stress and tensions that we accumulate and that affect us both physically and mentally. It is also a good way to exercise the whole body, even when there may be injuries that would be limiting in other types of physical exercises. 

There are many benefits that this discipline can bring, both physically and mentally and emotionally. 

The peace and calm that we obtain as a result of its practice have a favorable impact on our body. 

It improves our quality of life in every way: sleep, flexibility, balance. Strengthens the immune system, balances the nervous system, lowering stress and anxiety levels. Relieves chronic and postural pain. Teaches awareness of breathing and the importance of doing it correctly.
