I am an international teacher of Integral Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. My classes are individual and group but always accompanying each person according to their needs, providing support with my knowledge and experience.

 

In this section I tell you how I can help you through this discipline and about the styles I teach.

 

I started my studies in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in Integral Yoga, more than 10 years ago. This knowledge and experience allow me to make suitable combinations to the needs and preferences of the students. The intensity of the practice can be adjusted to different ages and levels of experience, especially those initiated in the practice of Yoga, as well as pregnant women.

 

At the same time, my experience and studies in Traditional Hatha Yoga, in India, allow me to teach a set of postures and breathing techniques, with rhythms that vary in intensity and time, thus obtaining the maximum benefit that each one can contribute to health. and wellness of the body.

These last years my personal practice has been oriented towards Ashtanga Yoga and my deep interest in this practice led me to study it in depth to be able to teach the first series of Ashtanga.

  

My classes start with a preliminary interview to learn about the health history and define the person's goals. They are almost always individual but can be in groups with a maximum of 5 people. My method is to adapt each class, individual or group, to the needs and objectives of the student.

There are three class modalities: classes at the student's home, at my home in Haarlem and online classes. This last modality is done through some convenient platform. Always personalized and focused on the needs and preferences of the student, with a follow-up identical to home classes.  

 

As a result of my experience teaching this discipline, I have tried to adapt my classes to the different needs of the students. This is so because some people do not have the time to attend a center or gym, others value learning from the comfort of their home. In addition, there are people who do not adapt to large group classes and/or with different levels. On the other hand, both beginners and those who, regardless of their level, may have an injury, require personalized attention.
