Body & Mind Advisor


My task as a body & mind advisor results in a general health consultancy.

 

 

Our bodies are complex and because of that complexity, the sessions will work with an integral therapeutic vision.

The goal in my sessions is to improve the quality of your life, addressing your physical, mental and emotional condition.

It is a holistic and mindful therapy, where you will find the right space to improve in all areas of your life focusing on the present and finding the right guidance into a more desirable future.

 

You can perceive this activity as:

 

 

  • Integral:

Because that is how the concept of health is, when it is applied to the body, mind and emotions.

 

 

  • Therapeutic:

Because the goal is healing, achieving general well-being.

 

  • Reflective:

Because in a reliable and inspiring environment, you will be able to better manage the pains in your body, as well as in your mind and your emotions.

 

 

  • Conscious:

Because by deepening your self-knowledge, you will find the necessary emotional support and resilience that will help you make better decisions in your life.

 

 

  • Holistic:

Because it will be a complementary activity to traditional medicine. A didactic relationship, with everyday language, with enough empathy to know how to listen to yourself and get to know yourself better.

 

  • Mindful:

Because we focus on dealing with the present and improving it to gradually build a more desirable future that can be sustainable over time.

 

What is different in our sessions in comparison to other coaches, is that I will listen to you without superiority, and I won’t put pressure on you to change the person that you are. Our sessions will be homely, comfortable, and at the same time we will work on achieving your goals in a professional and efficient way.

At first I contacted Lucy because I wanted to lose weight, eat better, and feel better about my body. As the sessions began, I realized that a healthy life was not only about the physical, but also that I had to change the habits of thoughts and I had to see my emotions as well. I had a lot of stress and it’s something that I had gotten used to living with. I never thought that starting from a totally different side than what I thought, I was going to get results in my main objectives. If you want to see your life holistically and achieve a profound change, Lucy is the person who will help you. With her I learned to know myself better and that change begins with me, there´s no magic recipes, no saving diets but it is essential to be accompanied by someone and that is what she does. Yes, I lost weight but most important, I feel happy now and relaxed.

I started the sessions with Lucy a year ago because I was lost in my life. I did not know whether to do therapy or seek other help. I did not consider that I had to do a treatment or something else that requires a mental health. I simply needed a guide, someone to help and support me. I needed someone to listen to me and sometimes that is difficult to find in friends or family. Lucy is a very warm person, listens carefully and her suggestions helped me a lot. I continue with her sessions because they help me a lot in many parts of my life, they are like a natural therapy for me and I look forward to every time we have an appointment. I appreciate having met her through a friend, I recommend her 100%

I began my first individual session with Lucy in January 2020. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I never really had a health coach. I wanted to branch out, and find out better ways to not only eat properly, but most importantly healthy.

I’ve been someone, who has typically eaten decent and watched what I eat. I also have suffer from depression for many years, and tend to overthink things in life and had effects on how I ate and drink. Then I realized it was time to get the proper help.

When I met Lucy in my first session, I was incredibly amazed at how knowledgeable and understanding she was regarding my situation. I couldn’t believe how much information she provided me on how live a healthy lifestyle, and have a much better mindset on not only what I eat? But also how I workout, and stay positive in life.

Lucy has been absolutely amazing and incredible at what she does. Coming from a background of always wanting people to give me the truth and tell me straight. Lucy is amazing at this. She’s very knowledgeable of all topics, a total pro when it comes to yoga and meditation. She’s absolutely incredible, very kind and caring! I’m very proud to have met her in my life, and have successfully improve my entire lifestyle of living!!! Thank you Lucy for everything! You’re the absolute best!!! Lucy is an authentic professional that makes her true passion and calling a profession. It is amazing how this incredible woman with a beautiful smile, gentle voice, and good heart brings out the best in you, leads you and guides you to progress along the path.

When we started the coaching sessions I was pretty disoriented and I discovered through her coaching that most of the areas of my life were not working properly, and that the dreams I had craved for very long were not going in the desired direction.

Thanks to constant work through individual sessions with Lucy I have been gradually, yet firmly, been progressing and achieving the goals and results I want in all areas of my life. Now I can say that my reality is very different; I have discovered new roads that I did not know existed, and I can finally go to sleep feeling satisfied with the milestones achieved.
