How to start?

 

STEPS TO START YOUR COACHING PROGRAM 

  1. The days and times of the sessions are agreed in advance.
  2. You must register and accept the terms and conditions of the  sessions.
  3. After registering you must fill out a health form where you specify your history and your goals.
  4. We agree on some application where we can communicate through an electronic device. (In case of online sessions.)
  5. Find a quiet space.
  6. We are ready to start talking and change your quality of life! 

NOTES: 

  • The first session is free and lasts 45 min.
  • The duration of the sessions is 1 hour. 
  • The payment of the sessions is made per month and at the beginning of this one. 
  • Payment can be done through:
  1. If you are in the Netherlands, I will send you a link  after the sessions request
  2.  If you are in Chile, Bank transfer (current account in Chile)
  3. If you are outside of those countries mentioned above, you can make you payment through PayPal.

STEPS TO START YOUR YOGA CLASSES:

  1. The number of classes per week, the schedule and the days are scheduled at the beginning.
  2. You must register and accept the classes terms and conditions.
  3. We agree on an application where we can communicate through an electronic device. (In case of online sessions.)
  4. You need a Yoga mat that is non-slip and comfortable for you.
  5. Find a comfortable space for you.
  6. We are ready to start practicing!

NOTES: 

  • You can ask for a first trial class paying the half of the cost.
  • The duration of the classes is 1 hour. 
  • The payment is made per month and at the beginning of this one. 
  • Payment can be done through:
